In 5 days you will discover all the techniques of yoga: meditation, breathing, movement and partner positions. Discover the well-being and bliss of yoga.
Richard George (UK) is a professional Yoga teachers with several years experience.
During the retreat we will explore the chacras and look at ways that we use the unique qualities to help us with our yoga practise and our relationship to others. Each element will have its own day.
Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space.
The retreat will combine yoga, meditation, breath work, massage, ritual, and themed food!
• Early morning meditation
• 2-3 hour morning Tantric Yoga session
(includes partner work and relaxation)
• Afternoon Delight (massage / restorative yoga/ body session)
• Ritual ceremony
• Delicious home cooked meals
• Swimming Pool & Haman
• Shared or Private lodging available.
Participants arrive on sunday 17th night afternoon for dinner
The workshop will start on monday 23th morning from 9:30 am to 12:00 / Lunch
Relax pool and hammam / 16H to 18H30 yoga resumes
Departure Friday 27rd afternoon
Rate per person for 5 days :
Shared Lodging (You share your room with one other person) : 5 night / breakfast + 10 meals
+ yoga training + swimming pool + hamam=590 euros
Private Lodging (You have your own bedroom) Add 200 euros
People arrive on Friday for dinner and leave on sunday afternoon.

290 euros will be debit on your credit card for the reservation . This deposit will not be refunded if you cancel.
If you cancel your reservation until 1 month before the workshop 50% of the total cost will be debit on your credit card.
after that 100% of the total cost will be debit on your credit card.
